Job Description
Job Requirements:
1. Content Creation:
- Strong command in the English language is a must; able to support copywriting projects.
- Research and understand client’s objectives
- Savvy with social media and able to conceptualize trendy and effective strategies.
- Knowledge of trends and best practices for social media content.
- Execute content strategies into static images, short videos, GIFs, and animations for client’s platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles to work with designers in visualization of the assets.
2. Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s identity, tone, and voice across different channels.
- Ability to maintain brand guidelines across digital content.
3. Technical Proficiency:
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) is a plus.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for minor website content updates is a plus but not required.
8. Education & Experience:
- A diploma/degree in marketing, communications, visual comms, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media content creation and management (internships and freelance work considered).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools or graphic design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
