Job Description

Are you passionate about the arts? Are you able to prioritise your work across different deadlines? Are you happy meeting people from diverse backgrounds? Can you multitask, perform under pressure and to tight timelines and have a positive “can-do” spirit? Do you have experience in ideating and executing marketing campaigns, spanning advertising, PR, digital marketing and advertising? If so, we want you!

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and overseeing marketing campaigns, inclusive of digital marketing
  • Planning and managing campaigns on social media
  • Maintaining the website and reviewing data analytics
  • Strategise, plan and execute brand marketing & event marketing campaigns in a holistic manner that embraces sales and sponsorship
  • Assist with website updates using CMS
  • Writing and proofreading creative copies
  • Vet artwork, collaterals and ensure all information is accurate on our digital and non-digital marketing fronts
  • Coordinating with designers and vendors for the design of artwork and printing of publicity materials
  • Put together sponsorship proposals and identify relevant organisations to pitch to
  • Collating info for presentations and preparation of event reports
  • Must have finger on the pulse in terms of industry trends, competition and the Singapore arts scene
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management

 

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Should you be expected to work outside the prescribed hours and days, off in lieu will be granted at the discretion of the Management.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma from a recognised higher learning institute or university. A related marketing degree or certification will be preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years related working experience in marketing
  • Must be articulate, with excellent organisational skills, can multitask & able to prioritise workload
  • Must have hands-on experience with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook and have experience in Social Media Advertising
  • Familiar with video and photo editing softwares like Premiere Pro/FCP, Photoshop, Lightroom
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
