We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Tech team as a Digital Marketing Associate under TSL Media, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Digital Campaign Management:

Execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization across various online channels and other job portals.
Collaborate with team members to implement strategies that drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.

Content Creation and eDM:

Create compelling and relevant editorial content for the site, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Create and prepare content for newsletters that can be sent to advertisers on the site.

Social Media Engagement:

Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence by creating and curating content, interacting with followers, and staying abreast of industry trends.
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for online marketing campaigns.
Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.

SEO Support:

Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve the company’s online visibility and search engine rankings.
Stay informed about SEO best practices and recommend optimizations based on industry trends.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Actively participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and contributing to overall marketing strategies.

The successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
