Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage design projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, a passion for design innovation, and a proven ability to manage teams and client relationships. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. Candidate should be able to accomplish the following work scope:-
- Lead and conceptualize design projects, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision, budget, and timeline
- Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support in design development and technical execution
- Proven experience in leading teams, managing client relationships, and collaborating across disciplines
- Good organizational skills to oversee the entire design process, from initial consultation to final installation, including managing schedules, budgets, and resources
- Meet prospects to expand the firm’s business
- Crystalize concepts into drawings (hand drawings or software)
- Project Management / Coordination
- Liaise closely with contractors and suppliers, able to plan and monitor delivery schedule
- Able to manage client’s expectations and build rapport with clientele
- Able to work independently with responsibility
- Great interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and possess positive attitude to learn
- Creative and imaginative
- Self-discipline
- Good mannerism with positive attitude
- Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in relevant industry
Qualifications:-
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design/Architecture
- Knowledge in Interior Design/Architecture, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D StudioMax would be advantageous
