Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Content & Events Manager to join our growing team in Singapore. This hybrid role plays a key part in shaping the Tin Box Group brand through compelling content creation and the execution of on-ground experiences that bring our music and lifestyle concepts to life.
You will lead content strategy across digital platforms while also planning and executing monthly themed events that engage audiences and enhance brand visibility. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, brand marketing, and experiential events.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Marketing
•Develop and implement creative content strategies to promote Tin Box Group’s brands, venues, and offerings.
•Create, curate, and manage content across multiple channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, 小红书, email newsletters, and more.
•Produce high-quality copy and visuals (in collaboration with designers) to tell the Tin Box story in fresh and engaging ways.
•Monitor and analyse audience engagement, platform trends, and competitor strategies to inform content planning.
•Optimise content for SEO, SEM, and paid ad campaigns to boost traffic and conversions.
•Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
Events
•Plan, organise, and execute monthly in-house events across our outlets.
•Develop creative event concepts in line with brand identity and customer interests.
•Liaise with suppliers, artistes, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
•Manage timelines, budgets, and post-event reporting.
•Identify and explore event partnership opportunities that align with the brand’s values.
Qualifications & Skills
•Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events, or a related field.
•1–2 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or events management.
•Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, PPC).
•Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills.
•Highly organised and detail-oriented with experience in event planning and coordination.
•Ability to multitask and manage projects from concept to execution.
•Proficiency in Google Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
•Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is required
