Salary: $1,200 – $1,800 USD per month (based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage emails, calendar, and scheduling tasks for the team

Assist with data entry, file management, and content uploads

Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items

Communicate with partners, contributors, and freelancers

Conduct basic research and compile reports when needed

Help with light social media management and customer service tasks

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Comfortable using Google Workspace, project management tools (like Trello or Asana), and communication apps like Slack

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Tech-savvy and a fast learner
