What You’ll Do:
. Lead social campaigns from brief to rollout—managing timelines, feedback, and delivery
. Build strong, respectful relationships with both clients and creatives
. Keep projects running smoothly without adding friction
. Spot issues early and help solve them quickly
. Support and guide junior teammates, while staying open to learning yourself
. Stay curious—keep up with what’s working (and what’s not) in social and creative
What You Bring To The Table:
. 3 to 5 years of account management experience, ideally in social or creative agencies
. Clear communication, steady under pressure, and a sense of humour when it helps
. A detail-oriented mindset, with an eye for what makes content perform
. Confidence without ego; initiative without overstepping
