We’re hiring a strategic, content-savvy social media specialist to be seconded to one of our key clients in the retail sector. This role requires a strong blend of content creation, strategic thinking, trendspotting, and community engagement. You won’t just be helping posts perform better – you’ll be helping shape what content gets made, how it connects, and why it matters.
You’ll work closely with the client’s in-house social media and content teams to craft and amplify stories that drive engagement, emotional resonance, and brand affinity – across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

This is a hands-on role across the following platforms:
• Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube – with occasional support for emerging or owned channels (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram).
• You will be expected to contribute meaningfully to content and community engagement across multiple platforms multiply times daily, not just monitor or check in occasionally.
• This includes ideating, drafting copy, flagging trends, engaging with communities, and contributing to weekly content review discussions.
• Content performance and engagement insights will be reported on a weekly and monthly basis, with clear takeaways for optimization. You’ll be expected to operate with initiative and momentum – we move fast, test frequently, and respond in real-time when opportunities arise.
