•Lead negotiations and close deals that align with the agency’s growth goals.
•Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage them to drive new opportunities.
•Set and achieve revenue targets in line with company objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
•A minimum of 3-5 years in business development, ideally within the marketing, media, or tech sectors.
•Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
•Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
