We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing and Brand Strategist to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness. This role is crucial in developing and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with parents and caregivers, positioning Hess Preschool as a top choice in early childhood education.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive enrollment.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Collaborate with the web designer, social media manager, and graphic designer to ensure cohesive and compelling brand messaging.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Create and manage content for the website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, media, and influencers to enhance brand presence.
- Oversee and manage marketing budgets and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
