Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic fields of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). The ideal candidate is a quick learner, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to our digital marketing efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
β Collaborate with the marketing team to develop SEO, SEM, and social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
β Assist in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads and social media advertising), including creating, testing, and optimizing ad copy and visuals for maximum performance.
β Monitor and engage with audience comments, messages, and interactions across platforms.
β Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, primarily Meta and LinkedIn.
β Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for website optimization.
β Optimize on-page elements, including content, meta tags, headers, and URLs.
β Collaborate with copywriters to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.
β Conduct digital marketing audits to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
β Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide insights for future strategies.
β Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
β Generate regular reports on website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
β Help create and test ad copy and landing page variations to maximize campaign effectiveness.
β Assist in the development of A/B tests and conversion rate optimization efforts.
β Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and SEM
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
β Pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
β Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, and SEM.
β Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO keyword research tools is a plus.
β Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
β Detail-oriented and highly organized.
β Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
β Basic knowledge of HTML and content management systems (CMS) is a bonus.
