We are a fast-moving e-commerce & retail company, looking for a creative & proactive intern/contract staff with a passion for Retail & Operations and simply achieving milestones with us! With our recent retail spaces in Haji Lane, we are looking to further streamline our Operations and Retail systems/procedures.

Job Description

  • The employee’s role will consist of the following:

– Brand Promotion and Customer Care

  •  Active promotion of the company, products & associated brands at retail spaces
  •  Educating customers, providing suggestions & attending to queries
  •  Creating an optimal environment for customer loyalty & community
  •  Implementing and ensuring quality of service and operations throughout all retail staffs

– Retail Operations

  •  Independent operations of retail space including cashiering and stockroom
  •  Visual merchandising, housekeeping, setup/teardown logistics, processing of inventory
  •  Inventory management processes and related logistics
  •  Administrative work & logistics related to sales & order fulfilment

 

– Manpower Management

  •  Assist in managing manpower for the outlets & be a good example for the staff.

 

– During the provision of Services, the employee is expected to display:

  •  Excellence at customer service with fun, enthusiastic and approachable personality
  •  Passion in promoting for the company & products
  •  Good understanding and management of brand & retail space operations
  •  Resourcefulness and strive for efficiency in all processes
  •  Initiative, critical thinking & problem-solving skills
  •  Ability to multitask & work well independently & show responsibility
  •  Knowledge & interest in fashion & lifestyle, especially vintage

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-6 months commitment.
  • Have a passion for getting things done in a detailed and orderly manner.
  • Fast and willing learner, able to multitask and work smart & efficiently
  • Independent and proactive team worker with great communication skills
  • Excellent command of English a must, other languages a plus
  • Preferred but not required: Willingness to be featured in content
  • Experience in: Retail, Customer Service, Stock management, Multi-tasking, Manpower Management, Leading People
  • BONUS skills: Microsoft Excel or anything similar
