Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee social media retainer campaigns and services to ensure high-quality project execution, including:
- Content creation: Crafting content for social media reflecting our clients’ brand personalities plus achieving their business objectives. Initiate and participate in ideation or brainstorm sessions
- Cross-functional collaboration: Effectively collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create and execute best-in-class social media campaigns and content to achieve project objectives for our clients
- Provide data-driven insights: Providing accurate & useful data analysis and recommendations to drive performance improvement and strategy development. Ability to read social analytics reports, analyse data, derive findings and recommend action plans to drive continuous improvements.
- Proposal development: Preparing and presenting persuasive social media proposals to clients.
Provide consultation to clients and internal teams to develop effective and responsible social media/content strategy and planning. - Be hungry for knowledge. Monitoring the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies, in order to improve campaign performances and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services.
- Willing to go beyond basic tracking to analysing and drawing hypothesis, including providing a daily digest of observations + recommendations
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2 – 3 years of working experience in the field of social media
- BA/BS – Social Media/Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism, business administration or related field of study preferred or equivalent work experience
- Strong command of spoken and written English with a flair for writing creative copy
- Fanatical towards digital trends and usage of the different social networking sites
- Possess a positive mindset and always ready to learn or try new things
- Disciplined and results-oriented, always motivated to deliver better results
- Ability to adapt style and tone of voice to suit a range of different clients and industries
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and campaign schedules
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience working with Singapore clients is a plus
