Entertainment Assistant

Vocalise is a boutique artiste management company specializing in curating unforgettable musical experiences. With over 16 years of expertise, Vocalise prides ourselves to work with exceptional and talented musicians from diverse music genres like Pop, Rock, and Jazz, as well as dynamic DJ collectives.
About the Role:
As an Entertainment Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Artiste & Events team onsite to liaise between our Artiste & Client.
Duration:
On an ad hoc basis
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with the Artistes & Events team to understand the event requirement that you have been assigned to.
- Liaise with the Artistes and Client to ensure that all the agreed requirements are in order.
- Assist the Marketing team to take videos & photos.
- Provide administrative support to the team post event.
Requirements:
- Singaporean/PR
- Availability on weekdays after 3pm & weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Tertiary students studying Marketing, Business Development, Events Management, Arts Management, Communications, Public Relations, or Advertising are preferred.

- Good interpersonal skills.
