Lead Website Flow, Graphic Design, Branding, & Lead Generation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced specialist in website flow, graphic design, branding, and lead generation strategies to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-converting websites and landing pages, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing brand identity across digital platforms.
This role requires expertise in WordPress development, graphic design, branding, and lead generation. The successful candidate will have both technical proficiency—including plugin management, troubleshooting, server hosting, and site optimization—and creative ability to enhance user experience and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Flow, User Experience & Lead Generation:
- Design and optimize website flow to enhance user journeys and increase engagement.
- Develop high-converting landing pages, incorporating lead capture forms, CTAs, and multimedia elements to support lead generation.
- Use data-driven tools (e.g., heat maps, Google Analytics) to assess and improve website performance.
WordPress Development & Management:
- Manage WordPress plugins, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
- Configure and optimize cache plugins (e.g., WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache) to improve performance.
- Oversee server hosting, DNS settings, and domain management (e.g., cPanel, Cloudflare).
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and hosting.
- Implement security best practices, including backups, SSL certificates, firewalls, and security plugins.
Graphic Design & Branding:
- Design visually compelling graphics, banners, and digital assets for websites and digital platforms.
- Ensure branding consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align visual content with brand strategy and business goals.
Landing Page Design & Optimization:
- Design and optimize conversion-focused landing pages, using A/B testing and performance data for improvement.
- Ensure aesthetic and strategic landing page designs to enhance user engagement and lead generation.
Wireframing & Prototyping:
- Develop wireframes and prototypes focusing on user experience, branding, and lead generation.
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback to meet business and branding objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Analyze website performance metrics (e.g., bounce rates, conversion rates) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement optimization strategies to enhance lead generation and website performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in WordPress development, graphic design, branding, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create cohesive and visually appealing designs.
- Strong understanding of landing page development and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of DNS management, server hosting, and website performance optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, heat maps, and A/B testing to track and improve user behavior.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for enhanced web functionality.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and advanced lead generation strategies.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles for website optimization.
