Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX designer to join our team, who thrives in collaborative environments, is self-driven, and possesses a deep understanding of the principles behind creating exceptional products.

As a UX designer with us, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences that resonate with empathy and reason. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into intuitive design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for user-centric design, and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team setting. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in UX design supported with portfolios and case studies
  • Profound understanding of User-Centered Design and User Experience Design
  • Creating wireframes feels natural to you
  • Proficiency in methodologies such as Design Thinking, Design Sprints, User Research, and User Testing
  • Skilled in using industry-standard tools like Figma
  • Collaborative mindset; we value teamwork!
  • Experience in both agile and waterfall environments
  • Independent and proactive; we encourage autonomy
  • Motivated by simplifying the world’s complexities
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills; all presentations will be conducted in English
  • Regular design critiques for constructive feedback among team members
  • Adherence to our organisation’s design guidelines and best practices to maintain consistency and alignment with our goals
