Responsibilities:
• Support the retail operations team and our physical store(s) by ensuring that operational matters are promptly and accurately communicated.
• Assist in the planning, organisation, and execution of new initiatives, operational procedures, and inventory stocktake; be on-site where needed.
• Streamline and improve operational workflows to boost store productivity and efficiency.
• Work with other teams and external vendors to troubleshoot operational tech and equipment issues, such as POS problems, attending to customers’ enquiries, as well as fabric and production defects.
• Coordinate the procurement of monthly office and store supplies, as well as necessary operational materials and campaign events.
• Perform administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
• Flexible and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional time management skills
• Quick thinker and able to solve problems creatively and efficiently
• Hands-on and proactive
• Curious and positive attitude
• Preferably a commitment of 6 months. School program attachments are also welcomed.
