🚀 We’re Hiring: Ecommerce Specialist 🚀
Your Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Strategy Development:
– Oversee the day-to-day management of key e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and other regional online marketplaces).
– Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
– Collaborate with the live host and facilitate the entire live stream process that drives conversions and brand awareness.
– Continuously track and analyze platform performance metrics (such as sales, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and apply insights to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance user experience.
2. Product Listings & Merchandising:
– Ensure high-quality, SEO-optimized product listings, including compelling product descriptions, high-resolution images, and accurate product specifications.
– Implement and manage promotional campaigns, product bundling, and category merchandising.
– Conduct data-driven analysis and A/B testing to refine strategies and enhance e-commerce performance.
3. Digital Marketing Integration:
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media, paid search, influencer collaborations).
– Leverage SEO/SEM, content marketing, and affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
4. Customer Service and Inventory Management
– Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers, focusing on user interface (UI), user experience (UX), and after-sales support.
– Work with the customer service team to handle inquiries, complaints, and returns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure efficient stock management, timely fulfillment, and smooth order processing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce, particularly in a retail or consumer goods environment.
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Expertise in managing and optimizing online sales campaigns across various digital channels.
- Strong ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proven ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to shape strategies.
- Goal-oriented, able to perform in high-pressure environments while meeting tight deadlines.
- A positive, collaborative, and proactive team player
- Fluent in English. And able to converse in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking associates, partners, and clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Background in handling regional or international markets, particularly in SEAs (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia)
