Job Description

We’re looking for an undergraduate to join our integrated comms team to play a key role looking after clients like Uniqlo, StarHub and Guinness amongst many other cool brands. Our corporate, consumer and tech remits are hugely varied – spanning social, digital, PR, and internal comms both locally and regionally.

The role will see you supporting with account, media and influencer management as well as contributing to shoots, events and new business pitches. There will be opportunities to flex your creative writing skills for a range of assets and mediums, from press releases to video scripts and social media posts.

What you’ll do – 

  • Attend client meetings, draft agendas and contact reports
  • Keep up-to-date record of forthcoming editorial coverage
  • Support with compiling monthly or project reports
  • Proactively put forward suggestions/ideas to account teams
  • Proactively monitor and flag trends or coverage from clients’ competitors, market, or industry
  • Build media/influencer relations skills and pitch stories/partnerships
  • Update and manage media/influencer databases
  • Research and write press releases and marketing copy i.e. newsletters, advertorials, social media copy
  • Attend and support at video and/or photoshoots
  • Support with event coordination including liaising and negotiating with suppliers, assembling media packs, arranging logistics and team diaries, whilst keeping teams and clients up to date

Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X / Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
