Why Join Us?

As an Event Coordinator, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work on events that span multiple continents and learn about business cultures from around the world. Collaborate with international teams and vendors, and gain first-hand experience in producing high-profile events in dynamic global markets—all while working remotely on your own schedule. This is a chance to build a career in event management while broadening your cultural and professional horizons.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support our event execution process. This fully remote role focuses on assisting with logistics, coordinating with our procurement team, and ensuring smooth on-site event operations. You’ll be part of a passionate, fast-paced team, contributing to the success of events attended by global blockchain leaders.

This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow professionally in a global context. Future career opportunities include advancing into client and speaker management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Logistics Coordination:

• Work with the procurement team to ensure event materials (e.g., AV equipment, staging, signage) are properly ordered, tracked, and delivered to international venues on time.

• Maintain comprehensive checklists and timelines to ensure all logistical tasks are completed seamlessly.

• Monitor deadlines across multiple time zones and proactively address potential issues.

2. On-Site Execution Support:

• Provide remote support to on-site teams by promptly resolving logistical or material discrepancies with suppliers and vendors.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members in different locations to ensure smooth event operations.

3. Event Planning Administration:

• Help organize schedules, task lists, and planning documents for global events.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors remotely to confirm timelines and deliverables, particularly for international venues.

• Support the COO in gathering and organizing post-event feedback for future improvements.

4. Collaboration with the Procurement Team:

• Partner with the procurement team to ensure alignment between event requirements and vendor deliverables, with a focus on international logistics.

• Maintain accurate records of event-related procurement for budget tracking and planning.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• No specific qualifications in event management required—enthusiasm for logistics, planning, and global event coordination is key.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and time zones.

• Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and global schedules.

• A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus but not required.

What We Offer:

• Fully remote work with flexible hours—you set your own schedule.

• The opportunity to work on global events in exciting locations like Singapore, Paris, and Buenos Aires, gaining exposure to international business cultures.

• Generous leave policies, including 25 days of paid time off (PTO) and 25 days of paid sick leave annually.

• Competitive salary of $25,000–$35,000 USD per year, based on experience.

• Hands-on experience in producing cutting-edge blockchain and DeFi events, with clear pathways for career development into client-facing and speaker management roles.
