The Role:

Are you a visionary leader with a keen eye for design and a passion for creativity? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced Art Director to join our agency and lead our talented team of designers and creatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative concepts for a wide range of projects, including advertising campaigns, branding, digital media, and more.
• Work closely with copywriters, account managers, and clients to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
• Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients, articulating the vision and rationale behind design decisions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep our creative output fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with account management and strategist to understand client needs and project goals.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and meets high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• 4 – 6 years of experience in a creative/design role, with at least 1–2 years in an Art Director position (agency experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, art direction, and design craft across multiple platforms.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus).
• Experience directing photography, film, and/or animation.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
