The Role:
Social Media Strategy Development
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with clients’ overall marketing and business goals.
- Create, plan, and execute monthly content calendars for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to inform strategies.
Content Creation and Curation
- Curate user-generated content and collaborate with influencers/brand ambassadors.
Ensure content is aligned with brand voice and guidelines.
Community Engagement
- Monitor and manage social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
Foster and grow an online community by actively engaging with followers and influencers.
Identify opportunities for conversations and interactions to increase community engagement.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions, etc.). - Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders on social media performance.
Familiar with using Social Media tools.
Social Media Campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) on behalf of clients.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring KPIs such as engagement, leads, and conversions are met.
- Manage budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI, reporting campaign results to clients regularly.
Brand Monitoring
- Keep an eye on social media conversations and trends related to the brand and industry.
- Address any negative feedback or crises in a timely and professional manner.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with other departments (creative, strategy, management team) to ensure alignment of social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure high-quality visual content.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven of industry experience at least 3 years in an advertising/digital/social agency
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative and graphic design skills (experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus.
