You will have hands-on experience implementing marketing and brand awareness projects and liaising with our clients in Singapore. You will also assist in our e-commerce overall operations. You will be supporting the founders of Aw's Market, who have over 10 years of combined experience in the food and marketing industry.

1. Responsible for developing growth strategies and campaigns for implementation
2. Market Analysis: conducting market surveys/analysis to identify trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activities and strategic planning with management
3. Promotions and Merchandising: planning and executing promotional activities, discounts, and marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility within retail stores and e-commerce platform
4. Copywriting, photography and videography for marketing and socials
5. Working with operation team to ensure on time delivery to customer
6. Other duties relating to the efficient operations of the Company

Job Requirement
• Candidate must process at least Diploma and above
• Related in business or marketing and with min 2 years of relevant working experiences in FMCG industry is bonus
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Able to prioritize workload and multitask
