Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Spearhead the planning of monthly social media calendars for 68 Degree Chicken and upcoming brands (mainly on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).
- Design brand-aligned creatives for planned content and post them accordingly.
- Conduct monthly social media reviews to report on key metrics and insights, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Ad Creatives & Campaigns:
- Design ad creatives for Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram) as required, typically during product and brand launch periods.
- Email Marketing:
- Craft and execute email marketing campaigns for product launches and other promotions.
- Product Photography & Content Creation:
- Facilitate product shoots for social media and advertising needs, primarily during new product launches.
- Coordinate with photographers or handle basic photography/videography as needed.
- Content Writing:
- Write blog posts on an ad-hoc basis, supporting SEO efforts and providing valuable content for our audience.
- E-commerce & Shopify Administration:
- Manage Shopify administrative tasks, including uploading new products, writing product descriptions, and keeping product pages up-to-date.
- Public Relations & Vendor Coordination:
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers, such as printing vendors, to ensure smooth execution of brand collaborations.
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on social media and the website, ensuring timely and professional responses, especially for any negative feedback.
- Analysis & Idea Generation:
- Analyze the overall business performance, focusing on product sales numbers, website visits, customer engagement, and time spent on site.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on areas for improvement—such as expanding flavor options, enhancing visual content, optimizing website user experience, and refining marketing strategies.
- Present findings with clear reasoning to guide strategic decisions and maximize customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
Working Arrangement:
Hybrid Working Arrangement: Flexibility to work-from-home up to 4 days a week. There will be at least 1 day in the office per week.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in designing social media creatives using tools like Canva.
- Basic understanding of social media metrics and reporting.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write engaging content and emails.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Experience with community management and basic customer service on social platforms is a plus.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) is advantageous.
