Key Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Marketing and PR Partnerships:
– Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), live stream influencers, and industry media in target regions.
– Build strong partnerships to encourage and support influencers in producing high-quality content.
– Leverage partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
– Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, draft press releases, and manage public communications to enhance the company’s public image.
– Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to support marketing objectives.
2. Digital Marketing Strategy:
– Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive online engagement.
– Optimize website content for search engines (SEM, SEO) and manage paid search campaigns to improve online visibility.
– Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments.
3. Social Media and Content Management:
– Oversee and manage all social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the audience.
– Produce compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
What Weโre Looking For:
- Bachelorโs Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Advertising, Mass Communication or related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and public relations, ideally within the Singapore market. A strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and measurable results is required.
- Possess valuable media contacts and resources, particularly in SEAs markets, to secure coverage and enhance brand exposure globally.
- Proficient in crafting compelling and engaging copy for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, and email marketing.
- Experience in design, shooting, and video editing to create viral content.
- Strong background in online and offline activities planning, executing, and managing promotional events and campaigns that align with marketing strategies.
- Proficient in using a variety of digital marketing tools โ SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, WordPress, Shopify etc.
- Strong ability to analyze data, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to continuously improve marketing campaigns and overall strategy.
- Goal-oriented, able to perform in high-pressure environments while meeting tight deadlines.
- A positive, collaborative, and proactive team player
- Fluent in English. And able to converse in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking associates, partners, and clients.
