Role Description:
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for multiple business units.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain brand integrity.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Oversee marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, exhibitions, and events.
- Utilise data analytics to measure and optimise campaign performance.
- Implement marketing automation tools to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, product teams, and external agencies to align marketing with business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, identify new marketing technologies, and continuously improve strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of marketing experience, with 3-5 years in a managerial role is a plus.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Experience managing multiple business units preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation).
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of adaptability, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
