Job Description
Distilleri is looking to hire a Social Media Project Executive to join our growing team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, your daily duties include:
- Planning and managing project timelines, and subsequent resource allocation
- Working closely with Account Management and Content Creators to ensure timely delivery of work
- Overall management and assignment of shifts of Community Managers
Compiling and sending out of daily and monthly reports to clients - Social media contest management – planning of contest mechanics, compiling entries, and shortlisting winners (estimated 2-3 contests per quarter)
- Preparing quotations and invoicing for Community Management jobs
