Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support social media account managers in managing the clients’ social media accounts – which includes preparing materials for meetings & presentations, research on creative references for ideation, preparing monthly data reports and analysis, and community management.
- Manage video & social media projects – Keep track of monthly content calendars to ensure a timely and smooth process in the delivery of content.
- Assist in content / video production – liaising with clients & vendors, managing internal resources, influencers sourcing, managing cost estimation, project expenditure & administration duties.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor degree, specialisation in Digital Media / Communications or equivalent preferred
- Past working experience in social media marketing & video production will be a bonus
- Good organisational skills
- Reliable, willingness to learn and an openness to get involved in all aspects of digital services
- Experience or interest in video production is a plus
