Retail and Workshop Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Sales and Scent Workshop Assistant to join us on a permanent part-time basis with the availability to commit at least 6 months. You will be working with scented products and should preferably have a general interest in scents. This position allows flexible planning of your time based on our ad-hoc workshops and retail events schedule.

Responsibilities
[Retail]
– Establishing a thoughtful customer experience by engaging conversations with customers, offering personalised scent recommendations to best suit their preference. Product training will be provided.
– Conduct stock count, event opening and closing duties.
– Handling customers queries and requests.

[Workshop]
– Have a warm and friendly demeanour to engage workshop participants.
– Ability to explain workshop steps to guide participants, workshop training will be provided.

Requirements
-Prior experience in retail or customer-facing role would be preferred
– Have a general interest in scents
-Dependable team player who can work independently and proactively
-Approachable, possess a good communication skills
-Positive energy, approachable and willingness to learn
-To commit at least for at least 6 months on a part-time basis
