Job Description
We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Specialist to help streamline and optimize our online store’s operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day processes and supporting our e-commerce growth
Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day e-commerce operations support: sorting/ packing of orders, inventory shelf management (inbound/ outbound of goods) and warehouse housekeeping.
- Ad-hoc retail support: handle customers enquiries, sales and post sales support.
Requirements:
- Well organized, detailed and able to work independently
- Minimum commitment 2 days a week (min. 2 hours per day) – flexible hours that can be mutually agreed upon
- Performance bonus (applicable for retail support at pop up locations)
