Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and updating social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely manner.
  • Research and curate engaging and relevant content for social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns and strategies.
  • Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics, providing insights for further optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and present new ideas to enhance our social media presence.
  • Support the team during live events, such as product launches or promotional activities, by creating real-time social media content and engaging with attendees.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Proficient in using social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
