- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely manner.
- Research and curate engaging and relevant content for social media posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns and strategies.
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics, providing insights for further optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and present new ideas to enhance our social media presence.
- Support the team during live events, such as product launches or promotional activities, by creating real-time social media content and engaging with attendees.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Proficient in using social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
