Job Description

Confetto, a boutique social media agency in Singapore, is seeking a talented Photographer to join our creative team. If you have a keen eye for capturing compelling visuals and a passion for storytelling through photography, we want to hear from you! This role involves working closely with our social media strategists and content creators to produce high-quality visual content that engages and inspires our clients’ audiences. Experience in fashion and F&B (Food & Beverage) shoots is a must. Bonus if you know video shooting, editing and the ability to support our team in mobile content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Photography:
– Capture high-quality images for various projects, with a strong focus on fashion and F&B photography.
– Edit and retouch photos to meet the creative direction and brand standards.
– Maintain an organized archive of images for easy retrieval and use.

2. Videography Support:
– Assist in video shoots using an iPhone or other accessible equipment.
– Perform video editing to support social media content creation.
– Ensure all video content is consistent with the client’s branding and messaging.

3. Content Creation:
– Work with social media strategists to produce visual content that aligns with marketing campaigns and goals.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in photography, videography, and social media.

4. Client Interaction:
– Work directly with clients to understand their vision and requirements for shoots.
– Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the visual appeal of the projects.

5. Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer.
– Proficiency in photography editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
– Strong portfolio showcasing a range of photography work, with specific examples in fashion and F&B.
– Basic skills in video editing and familiarity with videography using an iPhone.
– Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory.
– Ability to work collaboratively with a creative team and independently.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally.
– Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required for shoots.

Preferred Skills:
– Knowledge of social media platforms and their specific content requirements.
– Basic graphic design skills.
