Intuitive Films, a distinguished and award-winning production house, is on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Producer to join our experienced team. The right-fit candidate will play an integral role in our creative endeavours and our end-to-end video production process. You will collaborate closely with talented professionals to breathe life into our brand promise: Videos Designed to Influence. Your strategic mindset, exceptional project management skills, and innate ability to contribute fruitfully to the team will be pivotal in driving our vision forward.

Your Role at Intuitive:

• Partner with our clients and lead them through the entire production cycle confidently.
• Provide clear direction and timely communication with clients and team to ensure the effective running and completion of projects.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to deliver top-quality creative work and supervise an efficient production process through the project life cycle.
• Be actively involved in all stages, from pre-production to post-production, including research, concept development, writing, casting, location sourcing, scheduling and engaging freelancers (creatives, crew and post).
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects are consistently delivered within budget.
• Allocate resources effectively, anticipate issues and mitigate risks from pitch to delivery.
• Manage multiple projects through the development, execution and approval process.
• Work with talents, interviewees and production crew on shoots across diverse styles and genres.
• Contribute to the development, improvement and execution of systems and best practices.

Qualities we are looking for:

• More than 3 years of working experience with relevant or transferable skills (whether in production or outside production).
• Strong project management experience in leading teams, managing clients and balancing the needs of different stakeholders.
• Confidence in working through ambiguity, able to work independently to drive impact, while clearly communicating needs and context to all parties involved.
• Competence in translating stakeholder feedback into clear direction for the teams to effectively move the project progress.
• Demonstrated abilities in managing timelines, budgets and resources effectively to successfully deliver high-quality projects consistently.
• Always keeping the Big Picture in view while making sure all essential details are taken care of in negotiating win-win-win outcomes.
• Clear and effective communication skills (spoken and written) in English are a must. Proficiency in another local language is a plus.
• “Your network is your net worth” – A wide and reliable network of industry contacts and freelancers whom you can call upon with confidence is an asset.
• Strong curiosity in exploring and ability in leveraging technology and AI to improve quality and efficiency.
