Job Description
- Host our welfare activities (yes, you’ll get to plan fun stuff!).
- Help us track leave, update google calendar, and make sure no birthdays are forgotten.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding — you’ll help make first and last days memorable.
- Manage the company’s key social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Assist with planning and curating a monthly content calendar to drive engagement.
- Create simple, short-form video edits, reels, stories, and posts from existing source material.
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback on our social platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media analytics and report insights, if any.
- Work across departments to create engaging, short-form videos and posts.
- Pitch, develop, and implement marketing strategies and short-term campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with social media practices and platform features.
- Assist the HR & Ops/Marketing team where necessary.
