Personal Assistant
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive PA to keep things on track — from scheduling and reminders to meeting prep and more. Your job is to make sure nothing slips through the cracks, so the individual can focus on leading the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update calendar, ensuring all meetings, timelines, and deadlines are planned well in advance
Remind and follow up on important tasks, claims, and deliverables
Arrange and confirm meetings, prepare and print relevant materials
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries with relevant personnel
Assist with expense claims and light admin tasks
Occasionally accompany to client meetings to take notes and follow up
Help prioritise daily tasks and protect the individual’s focus time
Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a PA, admin assistant, or coordinator
Highly organised and reliable with excellent follow-up habits
Good communication skills, fluent in English and/or Chinese (both is a plus)
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Able to work independently without constant supervision
