Summary
As an Event Intern, you will be part of our dynamic project team, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of live and virtual events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced events industry, working alongside seasoned professionals and learning from real-world projects.
Scope of Work
•Assist in the planning, development, and execution of large-scale events, including conferences, exhibitions, product launches, and corporate events.
•Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, provide strategic event solutions, and ensure seamless delivery of all event components.
•Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
•Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure all event logistics are meticulously planned and executed.
•Oversee the creation and implementation of event marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, promotional materials, and attendee engagement activities.
•Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
•Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event management to continually enhance the quality of events.
Job Requirements:
•Applicants must be a full-time student from Singapore IHLs (ITEs, Polytechnics, Universities).
•Independent and self-motivated.

•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
