Job Description

Job Scope & Key Responsibilities

On-Site Event Execution & Support

  • Support the team during live events and activations.
  • Assist with event setup, registration, crowd flow, client liaison, and backstage logistics.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers during setup and teardown.

Pre-Event Planning & Coordination 

  • Help with event prep including packing kits, preparing equipment, and checking logistics.
  • Assist in liaising with suppliers and consolidating operational requirements.
  • Contribute to event run sheets, layout plans, and production timelines.

Post-Event Wrap-Up & Archiving

  • Assist in post-event debriefs, data collation, and documentation.
  • Organize and archive event photos, videos, and materials for future use.

Creative & Operational Support

  • Support the development of presentation decks, proposals, and logistics plans.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for event experiences.

Administrative & Team Support

  • Provide general administrative support including inventory checks, filing, and office logistics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
