Fulfilment & Operations Assistant (Part-time)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing and handling all packages
• Facilitating inventory related duties that include inbounding and outbounding of stocks and space management
• Assist in ensuring smooth operations of picking and packing orders, quality control standards, and ensuring shipment deliveries within the stipulated time frame
• Assist in return process, including checking and repacking of items.

Requirements:

• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Armed with initiative and a keen interest in problem solving
• Responsible and meticulous
• At least 18 years of age, minimum “O” level certificate
• Able to commit 3-4 days per week, from Nov 2025 to Feb 2026.
