Role Description
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team full-time in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of content and marketing campaigns that amplify Tin Box Group’s brand presence. You will craft compelling digital storytelling, spearhead audience engagement strategies, and identify emerging trends that resonate with our diverse audience base. Your efforts will directly influence brand awareness, community growth, and business performance across all our venues.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative social media and marketing strategies to promote Tin Box Group’s brand, venues, and services.
- Curate, produce, and manage engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, 小红书, email marketing, and more).
- Plan, organise, and execute events, partnerships, and collaborations that elevate the brand’s visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and media partners to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify audience insights, industry trends, and new content opportunities.
- Develop, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta Business Suite, including boosted posts and structured ad sets.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, preparing reports and recommendations for optimisation.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or event marketing (experience in lifestyle, F&B, or entertainment industries is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social media campaigns).
- Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills, with a flair for producing content that stands out.
- Proven ability to manage events, partnerships, and vendor collaborations.
- Proven experience managing and optimising Meta ad campaigns using Meta Business Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to support cross-market communications.
- Experience with Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
