General Description
As a Marketing/ Fundraising Executive, you will play a key role in supporting HOPE Worldwide (Singapore)’s mission. This position focuses on cultivating long-term donor relationships and driving sustainable fundraising efforts that directly support our beneficiaries. Beyond donor engagement, you will also help amplify our impact by leveraging social media and digital outreach to raise awareness, inspire giving, and strengthen our presence in the community. This is a fundraising-focused role where empathy, strong communication, and a genuine desire to help others matter far more than hard selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- To identify donor prospects and garner new donors.
- To provide strategic input on the messaging angles and approaches of fundraising appeals.
- To implement and manage the execution of plans and activities to achieve set fundraising and engagement objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen fundraising initiatives across various channels and platforms (including social media).
- Analyse fundraising performance data and prepare regular reports to track results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Keep abreast of fundraising trends and best practices to continuously enhance strategies and approaches.
Requirements:
- Minimum a diploma/degree in any related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Candidate with relevant experience in fundraising or related roles will be an advantage.
- Genuine passion for supporting community initiatives.
