Brixx Derma is a beauty-tech and wellness brand offering clinical-grade skincare devices, plant stem-cell sheet masks, and next-generation hair and body wellness solutions. We combine science-backed innovation with luxurious user experience, supporting both at-home self-care and professional post-treatment recovery. Our products are sold through TikTok livestreams, online marketplaces, Shopify, and through a growing network of clinics, medispas, influencers, and creators across the region.

Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, growth-focused Freelance Marketing Strategist to spearhead Brixx Derma’s marketing campaigns, sales funnels, email automation, and visibility initiatives. This role focuses on high-level strategy — not social media posting or daily content creation.

You will build marketing systems that increase conversions, grow our database, strengthen our brand presence, and elevate Brixx Derma’s positioning across both B2B (clinics/medispas) and B2C (Shopify/livestream commerce) channels.

This is an ideal role for someone with experience in brand growth, campaign planning, CRM-driven marketing, and press/PR outreach.

Estimated hours per week: 20-25 hours

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaign Strategy & Funnel Development
Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C segments.
Build and optimise sales funnels including email flows, retargeting sequences, lead magnets, and automated nurture campaigns.
Develop strategies to grow customer and clinic databases (sampling funnels, sign-up incentives, gated content, etc.).
Provide campaign direction for product launches, clinic onboarding drives, seasonal promotions, and regional brand pushes.

2. Brand Messaging, Copywriting & Press Outreach
Write compelling copy for campaigns, email marketing, landing pages, partnership decks, newsletters, and press materials.
Maintain a strong, premium, clinical-luxury brand voice across all communications.
Identify PR opportunities and build relationships with press, editors, and media outlets.
Develop story angles tied to product innovation, clinic collaborations, and regional beauty-tech trends to increase brand visibility.

Requirements
Proven experience in marketing strategy, growth marketing, CRM/email marketing, or PR (beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors preferred).
Strong copywriting skills for email flows, campaigns, and brand messaging.
Understanding of customer journeys, funnels, and lifecycle marketing.
Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
Familiarity with press relations, media outreach, and pitching story angles.
Strategic thinker with excellent organisational and communication skills.
Able to deliver high-impact weekly outputs independently.
