Role Overview

The Account Servicing Executive / Coordinator will support our media and marketing operations by managing client relationships, coordinating athlete and influencer activities, and ensuring successful delivery of brand campaigns. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or diploma holder who is highly organised, communicative, and eager to grow within the media, sports, and creator marketing space.

You will serve as the key link between clients, internal teams, and our roster of athletes and content creators—ensuring that campaigns run smoothly from proposal to execution. Beyond client servicing, you will also contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, researching market trends, and supporting the growth of our online membership community.

This contract role provides hands-on experience in account management, project coordination, and partnership development within a dynamic media environment, offering strong foundational skills for a long-term career in marketing, sports management, or talent relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and important stakeholders;
  • Serve as the primary internal contact for brand and talent management, coordinating activities between managed athletes and content creators / influencers, ensuring that required project deliverables are met;
  • Handle client communications for new proposals, including project timelines and deliverables;
  • Track and report on all contract deliverables and timelines for Brand Management campaigns;
  • Work with internal teams (marketing, creative, content) to create solid proposals;
    Once a project is confirmed, takeover Project Management for execution and tracking of project deliverables until completion;
  • Monitor client satisfaction and quickly address any concerns to keep strong, long-term relationships;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to help the company grow;
  • Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients to find new leads;
  • Develop Online Membership tiers and exclusive benefits (discounts, exclusive content, early access) for the Online Community.
  • Own the member journey: from sign-up and onboarding to retention and renewal strategies.
    Source and secure partnership deals (e.g., with running stores, coaching services, recovery centres, travel agencies) to provide exclusive benefits to members.
  • Build and maintain a list of prospects through networking, outreach, and referrals. Meet set monthly targets.
    Work closely with leadership to plan and carry out sales strategies.
