The Role: The Pulse of the Production
We are looking for a Junior Producer to join our mission. You will be the heartbeat of the project. While the creative team dreams up the concepts and the Account Managers guide the strategy, you are the one who makes it real.
- Running the Show: You are owning the run-sheet for our most critical deliverables. Whether it’s coordinating a high-stakes webinar series across APAC, managing a live flagship event, or overseeing a multi-asset content launch, you ensure the right people are in the right place and the message lands clearly.
- Mastering the Format: You aren’t tied to one medium. You’ll manage projects ranging from digital experiences to in-person events. You understand that the medium must serve the message.
- Decoding the Genius: You will dive into the technical details. To produce the story, you need to understand it. You’ll learn to see the human impact behind the complex engineering.
- Global Coordination: You’ll be the central node for projects spanning different time zones and cultures.

- The Responsibility: “Running the show” means the buck stops with you. If the tech fails or the schedule slips, that’s your problem to solve. It’s high-responsibility work.
- The Complexity: We work with serious B2B Tech & Engineering industries (Aerospace, AI, Enterprise Software). It can be dense. You need to find the “cool” in the “complex.”
- The Collaboration: If you prefer working in a silo, we aren’t a match. This is a team sport.
- The Growth: This role is designed to graduate you into Account Management. We are teaching you how to lead clients and think strategically, not just follow orders.
The Toolkit You Need
- Experience: 1-2 years in production, events, or project coordination (fresh grads with substantial, hands-on internship experience are welcome).
- Tech Stack: Excellent proficiency with Google Workspace. Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects is key—you don’t need to be Spielberg, but you need to understand the workflow and visual communication.
The Mindset: You are systematic, intellectually curious, and calm under pressure. You actually like checklists and organized processes.
