Mashwire is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Copywriter & Community Manager with fluency in Thai to join our team on a part-time freelance basis. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for crafting engaging social media content and managing online communities. You will work remotely from Thailand and will report directly to our Account Director, collaborating with our team to ensure the seamless execution of our social media strategy in the Thai market.

Your typical day may include:

  • Social Media Copywriting: Create compelling and on-brand social media posts over a 12-month period, tailored to our Thai-speaking audience.
  • Community Management: Monitor and manage our social media channels in Thai on a daily basis (weekdays), engaging with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Provide local insights on engagement metrics and share observations about content performance, ensuring that our social media activities are culturally relevant and effective in the Thai market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging and brand tone across all platforms.

 

We’d love to have a chat if you have:

  • Proven experience in social media copywriting and community management, particularly in the Thai language.
    Strong command of Thai and English, with excellent written communication skills in both languages.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities.

 

Working Conditions:

  • Type of Contract: Freelance, Part-Time (Remote)
  • Location: Thailand
  • Contract Duration: 3 months
  • Working Hours: Flexible (1 hour per day, Monday to Friday)
