ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to support the end-to-end execution of our marketing efforts across paid, organic, and community channels.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of high-performance growth marketing. You will work closely with the marketing team and gain exposure to how growth teams plan, execute, optimise, and scale campaigns that directly impact business results.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the ideation and briefing of new marketing assets, including statics, videos, and GIFs
  • Assist with campaign performance tracking, analysis, and reporting
  • Contribute to content initiatives to improve visibility across organic channels
  • Participate in community engagement efforts to strengthen brand presence
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and platform changes
  • Support other ad hoc marketing initiatives when required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in growth marketing, performance marketing, and data-driven decision making
  • Comfortable working with numbers and extracting insights
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of social platforms such as Meta and TikTok is a plus, but not required

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Ideal duration: 2 weeks

  • Interview 1 (30 minutes): Video call with Senior Performance Marketing Specialist
  • Take-home case assignment
  • Interview 2 (1 hour): In-person case presentation at our office with Head of Growth Marketing and Senior Performance Marketing Specialist
  • Welcome aboard

COMPENSATION

S$1500 to S$1800 per month
