Job Description

Media is always evolving in this dynamic and high tech world, be part of the team that innovates and creates social media content, video filming, editing for our diverse clients and also be exposed to different genre of creative visuals as a Producer.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management – Lead and manage multiple projects from pre-production to post production stages
  • Creative eye – Able to conceptualise, pitch, craft and script content for multifaceted projects
  • Client Servicing – Key company liaison. Work closely with clients, handle all correspondence, guiding and managing clients
  • Team player – Collaborate closely with our Director, manage in-house production team and external vendors to facilitate the smooth delivery of videos
  • Self-Motivated – Always striving to be the best and capable of ensuring all necessary details are well taken care of

 

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Relevant studies in media, film, video production or mass communications.
  • Experience Level: At least 2 to 3 years of experience in media industry, particularly as a Producer producing corporate and short-form videos. Applicants with less than 2 years experience may be considered for Assistant Producer role.
  • Qualities and Traits:  Ability to adapt and improvise, be fun, meticulous, and work independently and collaboratively.
  • Skillset: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, premiere pro etc). Basic filming and editing skills will be required.
  • Language: Good communications skills (both spoken and written) in English. Proficiency in other language(s) will be a bonus!
  • Working Conditions: Able to work flexible hours and/or on weekends/public holidays when required.
  • In one line: Together with the team, Plan, Execute, Develop high-quality videos.
