Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new restaurant partners for OpenRice Singapore, with a focus on growing our network across various cuisines and dining styles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers to ensure long-term collaboration.
Conduct cold calls, meetings, and presentations to potential partners to promote OpenRice’s value proposition.
Negotiate and close deals to onboard new partners, ensuring all contractual agreements are met.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new restaurant partners onto the platform.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and dining preferences in Singapore to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment; experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with potential partners and maintain strong relationships.
Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with the local F&B scene and a passion for food is highly desirable.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

This role comes with a basic salary and incentive package.
