Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore as a Creative Graphic Designer in Tin Box Group. The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and designing engaging marketing and promotional materials across digital and print platforms. They will also collaborate with other teams to develop branding strategies and assist with venue design and decor.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that brand guidelines are consistently adhered to across all collaterals.
- Develop the overall layout and production design for promotional collaterals, including displays, logos, and imagery, suitable for both print and digital use.
- Conceptualised content for Tin Box Group’s social media platforms while executing them.
- Prepare and release the necessary important notices to our customers and/or staff.
- Devise and propose creative strategies for campaigns, events, content, etc.
- Oversee and develop marketing collaterals for campaigns.
- Manage projects independently from start to finish, with detailed reports of creative proposal, budgeting, research, etc.
- Perform other adhoc tasks assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mass Communication, Design (Visual Communication), Graphic Design, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of designing experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, and After Effects).
- Experienced in both print and digital design.
- Strong understanding of branding and marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills while also managing a project independently.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in written Chinese and spoken Mandarin is required.
