Job Description
- Location : Changi Airport (Transit)
- Job Types : 1 Year service contract (1 months probation)
- Hourly Pay : Between $12 – $15/hr
<< Choice of Shift Timing>>
Afternoon: 1500 – 2300 HRS / Night: 2300 – 0700 HRS
<<Either One of the Following Experience:>>
- Market research: 1 year (Preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Tourist/Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
<<Job Scope>>
- Observe airport operations across the terminals and input relevant data into a tablet (iPad)
- Approach passengers to obtain feedback on their satisfaction (no more than 5 questions)
<<Job requirements and expectations>>
- Education level: GCE “N” Level and above preferably
- Ability to converse in Mandarin
- Proficient in the use of iPad/Android tablet
- Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisors on a timely manner
- Past experience in market research, survey interviewing and customer service would be beneficial
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (with short breaks in between)
- Able to commit at least 15 days a month (may include 2-3 Saturdays/Sundays)
