Role Description

The Events Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and performance of events across Tin Box Group’s venues. This role manages events end-to-end, from enquiry to post-event review, while also driving strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility, revenue, and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all event enquiries across multiple communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new, existing, and past clients.
  • Understand client objectives and propose suitable venues, formats, and packages aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Plan and execute events with close attention to detail, requirements, budgets, timelines, and operational constraints.
  • Develop detailed event proposals, costings, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate and oversee all event operations before, during, and after each event, with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be on-site during events to manage execution, handle client requests, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Produce, update, and maintain venue hire decks, databases, and event-related documents.
  • Support adhoc projects and event initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant event management experience, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment, is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multiple events concurrently from planning to execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing stakeholders independently.
